Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase on Pathwise ("we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Nature of the Product

Pathwise sells digital reports delivered electronically. Each report is generated on-demand at the time of purchase and delivered immediately to the customer upon successful generation. Because the product is a digital good that is consumed upon delivery, all sales are final once a report has been successfully generated and delivered.

No Refunds — Delivered Reports

Once your report has been generated and made available to you (via email delivery and/or your account dashboard), no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This applies regardless of whether you have read the report, found the content unsatisfactory, changed your mind, or no longer require the information.

2. When a Refund Is Owed

A full refund will be issued only in the following situation:

Payment was successfully processed but the report was not generated and delivered within 24 hours of purchase. If you paid and did not receive your report — due to a technical failure on our end — you are entitled to a full refund of the amount charged.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under Section 2 (payment received, report not delivered), you must contact us within 72 hours of your original purchase date by emailing support@pathwiseusa.com with the following information:

We will investigate and respond within 2 business days. If the claim is verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for a delivered report is a violation of this policy. We maintain detailed delivery records for every transaction. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback on a delivered report, we reserve the right to contest the dispute with full evidence of delivery and permanently suspend access to the account associated with the purchase.

5. Family Bundle Purchases

The Family Bundle ($49.99) provides access to five reports. The bundle is treated as a single purchase. If the bundle purchase fails to generate or deliver any report, you may request a refund for that specific report or the full bundle as described in Section 2. Once one or more reports within the bundle have been successfully generated and delivered, the delivered reports are non-refundable and only undelivered reports remain eligible.

6. Errors in Report Content

If you believe your report contains a material factual error (e.g. incorrect major name, clearly corrupted data), contact us at support@pathwiseusa.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review the report and, at our sole discretion, either correct and re-deliver the report or issue a credit toward a future report. Content errors do not entitle the customer to a monetary refund.

Important Notice

By proceeding with your purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product, that delivery occurs at the moment the report is made available to you, and that you waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation applicable to physical goods under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
