Yes. Schools, districts, and 501(c)(3) nonprofits can pay by invoice, PO, or check. We'll send a formal quote and W-9 on request.

How are reports delivered to students?

With a site license, your counselors use the admin portal to generate any major report on demand. From there, share however fits your workflow: download a PDF, email it to a student or parent, drop it in your LMS, project it in class, or post it to a shared drive. Do you offer a discount for nonprofits or Title I schools?

Yes. 501(c)(3) college-access nonprofits and Title I schools qualify for additional discount on top of volume pricing. Mention your status in your inquiry.

Can we co-brand the reports for our organization?

Yes. Every site license includes "Prepared for [Your School]" header on generated reports. Plus and Elite tiers can add a custom school logo and intro page. Full white-label (subdomain like pathwise.yourdistrict.edu) is available on District deals.

What happens if we use more than expected — do we get throttled?

No. Site licenses are truly unlimited for the listed student count. We don't throttle, meter, or upcharge for usage within your tier. If you outgrow your tier mid-year (e.g. your senior class doubles), we'll convert you to the next tier at the prorated difference — no penalty.

What about per-report pricing — is that still an option?
